Rolling Fee - $24
DOJ Fee - $32
FBI Fee - $17
The rolling fee is the fee we collect for rolling your fingerprints and is mandatory.
The most common fees are the DOJ and FBI fee. Please check section Level of Service on your live scan form to see which fees apply.
e.g. If only the DOJ box is checked, we will collect rolling fee - $24 and DOJ fee - $32 for a total of: $56
e.g. If both DOJ and FBI fee boxes are checked, we collect $24 (rolling fee) + $32 (DOJ fee) + $17 (FBI fee) = $73
DOJ and FBI fees are waived for you if a billing number is provided. Check your live scan form to see if a billing number is provided(usually given by your contributing agency or employer).
DOJ and FBI fees are also commonly waived if the application is being sent to be a volunteer for youth organizations(profit/non-profit) or child day care. Check this website for more details: https://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/agweb/pdfs/fingerprints/forms/fees.pdf
*** Aside from the 3 fees above, we also charge a small convenience fee for credit cards. Cash and Zelle are preferred as there are no fees.
